When booking an appointment at Hair by Épique, we require a $50 or $100 deposit to secure the appointment.
An SMS text message will be sent 5 days prior to booking which will allow you 2 days to decide if you would like to move your appointment.

We require 3 days notice of cancellation / change of appointment. Please email info@hairbyepique.com.au if salon is closed.
We reserve the right to retain your deposit if you do not attend your booking or cancel outside the policy terms and conditions.

We are a boutique salon with selected talented hairdressers therefore we are highly impacted when we have very little notice. We understand that things come up and you may wake up sick, however we then have gaps and loss of income. The loss of deposit doesn't even cover the cost trying to fill the appointment but it will help contribute to supporting our small business.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded. We don’t refund for change of mind.
