An SMS text message will be sent 5 days prior to booking, which will allow you 2 days to decide if you would like to confirm, cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

We require 3 days notice of cancelation/change of appointment. Please email info@hairbyepique.com.au if salon is closed.

We reserve the right to retain your deposit if you do not attend your booking or cancel outside the policy terms and conditions.
